Not far away you'll find the Brandenburg Gate, and the famous Victory Column at the Großer Stern (Great Star) with a magnificent view of the Tiergarten park, which is located right next to it.

The MEININGER Hotel Berlin Tiergarten is located directly next to the Schultheiss Quartier, a perfect mix of shopping, gastronomy, entertainment and history, since the shopping center was built on the site of the former Schultheiss brewery.

Moabit is surrounded by a number of public green spaces, and completely encircled by canals of the Spree river. The Tiergarten park, which is basically a forest in the middle of one of Europe's biggest cities, acts as a perfect counterpart to the energetic rest of the neighborhood.

If you're looking for a cozy place to dine, there are a lot of delightful cafés and restaurants in the area and along the Spree river. Be also sure to walk down Turmstraße, Moabit's main shopping street, and sample some of the delicious Lebanese and Turkish cuisine available there. Yummy!

You can check in at the MEININGER Hotel Berlin Tiergarten from 3 PM and check out until 11 AM. For €15 more, you can use your room until 2 PM (only possible for private rooms).

There's a public underground car park (fee to be paid at the parking ticket machine) nearby including e-charging facilities in the Schultheiss Quartier. You can take the elevator straight up to our reception from floors -1 and -2.
