We were a pair of friends (four people) staying for two nights in conjunction with us seeing a concert in the Royal Albert Hall on saturday evening. Our experience was very good, we are all very satisfied with our rooms and the facilities. Everything was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to see that towels and linen is changed out every day. The only thing we were sorely unimpressed with was the breakfast - Everything was served cold, the selection of bread consisted of toast which you had to toast yourself which lead to quite a line-up of people waiting to use the toaster. On the advertisement for the breakfast different bread is seen so that is what we expected. For a breakfast buffet I would also have expected some variety of eggs and/or bacon. At 7 pounds it was very overpriced. We also noticed that the food in the check-in-café/front desk was the same (literally the same, old food wasnt thrown out) all weekend. Beyond that the bar was closed all weekend too. We would visit again for sure, but we would skip on the food you offer, which is a bit of an inconvenience.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Heizung ging anfangs in 2 Zimmern nicht, aber darum würde sich gekümmert.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war Top und wir konnten sogar unsere Koffer noch dort lagern.Jederzeit wieder.
Staff was lovely, room was very clean. The hotel was close to transport.
It was a great choice, the hotel is very new, up to date facilities, big rooms and personnel very kind and helpful. The only thing to improve is the room temperature, a bit cold. Excellent location, beside transport and restaurants offer. Highly recommended.
