Participation in the raffle & data protection

Among all participants of the survey we raffle one hotel voucher (1x 4 nights in a MEININGER Hotel of choice, incl. breakfast, valid for up to two adults and three children (0 - 12 years)). The details of participation in the competition are set out in the conditions of participation below. Further data protection information in connection with your consent can be found in the data privacy statement (3.1.4 data privacy statement). In order to participate and carry out the competition, it is necessary for you to provide us with your e-mail address. Last name, first name, gender are optional details. The data will only be used for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Conditions of participation

The raffle is organized by MEININGER Shared Services GmbH, Obentrautstrasse 72, 10963 Berlin, Germany. Closing date of the raffle is 5th of August 2021. All persons aged at least 18 years are eligible to participate. Each participant may only enter the competition once. Minors and employees of the group of companies as well as their relatives may participate in the voting, but are excluded from the raffle. The voucher will not be paid out in cash. The voucher must be redeemed by 31.12.2021. After this deadline, there is no claim for redemption.

The winner will be drawn by lot within two weeks of the closing date for entries and will be notified at the email address provided within a further two weeks. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the voucher within seven days of the notification of the voucher being sent, the voucher will be forfeited. The voucher is not transferable to third parties. A cash payment or exchange of the voucher is excluded. Legal action is excluded.
