DEINE AUFGABEN
- Buchhalterische Betreuung für Meininger Hotels der D A Regionen
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
- Vorbereitung/Erstellung von Monats-/Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
- Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher aller Gesellschaften innerhalb der Meininger Gruppe
- Anlage-, Pflege – und Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
- Erstellung von Rückstellungsspiegeln
- Intercompany Abstimmung
- Ansprechpartner für lokale Buchhaltungsagenturen, Steuerberatergesellschaften sowie Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Dokumentation von Prozessen
- Unterstützung beim Konzernabschluss der Meininger Gruppe
DEIN PROFIL
- Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter/-in oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungs- oder Prüfungswesen wäre von Vorteil
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
- Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics)
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Konsolidierungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil (Erfahrung mit Lucanet)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Motivate the staff, ensures a pleasant and safe work climate and good cooperation within the team and with other colleagues
To cooperate with the HR department to hire staff, to see the correct on- and offboarding process

Core Duties & Responsibilities Reporting
Supports month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close Cash Management
Coordination and Execution of all payments of Meininger Group
Posting of all business transactions with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics
Recording receipts and payments of customer deposits and refunds into hotel software SIHOT • Daily setting of payments in the different banking software
Weekly recharge of collections from various service providers (e.g. credit cards, PayPal etc.)
Ongoing reconciliation and monitoring of all Meininger Group bank accounts
Preparation and posting of intercompany transactions in ERP system
Responsible for monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (clearing accounts)
Maintenance of master data in ERP system and relevant reports for auditors
Support in opening of new bank accounts and updating bank mandates master and information to the banks
Responsible for Cash related auditors queries (group, tax and local audits)
Team leadership tasks
First point of contact for all professional questions from other departments and external stakeholders
Keep processes efficient to make daily work smooth
Handling and coordinating substitution in case of absence
Responsible for the Onboarding process within the team and at Meininger HQ welcome days
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Educational degree or relevant qualifications in Accounting
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures: HGB and IFRS
Excellent knowledge in Excel, MS Dynamics 365 is required
Excellent communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
Proactive, reliable and respectful personality

YOUR TASKS
You’re a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
You prepare simple cold/warm dishes (such as cheese/meat platters, salads, already-made warm dishes, pizzas, and more), and ensure an adequate mise en place
You're responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled according to HACCP guidelines
You take care of the cleanliness of our breakfast room and our kitchen
You ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
You prepare lunch bags by the number of orders
You prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
You calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group lunches/dinners
You serve guests at the bar for their desired food and drinks, per serving guidelines.

VOS TÂCHES

VOTRE PROFILE
Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expériences multiples en restauration : dans un hôtel, restaurant, bar. Et une première expérience en gestion d’équipe
Vous savez motiver votre équipe pour les rendre heureux au quotidien et performant
Vous avez un sens aigu du détail, repérez les opportunités d'amélioration et mettez en place des actions concrètes
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, les systèmes d’encaissement, clôture de caisse (maîtrise des logiciels d’Addipos et Sihot seraient un plus)

VOTRE MISSION
Vous collaborez avec l' Hotel Manager pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes de F & B (y compris les départements Service et Bar)
Vous êtes en contact avec tous les fournisseurs de F&B et êtes responsable du contrôle quotidien des stocks et des coûts ainsi que des rapports mensuels

Vous surveiller la qualité de l’entretien ménager conformément aux standards MEININGER

VOTRE PROFILE
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la restauration dans un hôtel, une auberge et/ou un restaurant, dont quelques années dans un rôle de gestion ou de supervision
Vous aimez diriger une équipe diversifiée et motivée, inspirer et développer les gens
Vous avez le sens du détail, vous repérez les possibilités d'amélioration et vous les concrétisez

The MEININGER hotel group is looking for an HR Operations partner who will be the primary contact for all questions regarding payroll, benefits, HR administration and HR policies and procedures.

YOUR TASKS
Carry out the full range of HR processes along the employee life-cycle from hiring to exit in line with Italian labor law regulations and MEININGER policies
Processing the monthly payroll across the different hotels within your region ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained in liaison with the HR Regional Manager
Draft employment contracts and related documents to ensure clarity and compliance with legal requirements and ensure data accuracy of all data processing generated by the function, including error correction and timely updating of lists
Maintain HRIS and relevant employee data for assigned business units
Work with the HR Regional Manager to identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness, and cost savings opportunities for MEININGER
Support the HR Regional Manager in the production of HR data and management information on a weekly and monthly basis
Support the business with the production of HR data and management information regularly
Oversee visa application processes and liaise with local administration to ensure compliance with labor regulations and declarations (work accident, social security etc)
YOUR PROFILE
1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (or other relevant qualification) in HR-related studies
Solid experience in employee life cycle management from orientation to termination, international HR experience preferred
Solid knowledge of international employment relations practices and practical experience in managing a range of employee relations matters
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time and adapt to changing priorities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of HRM systems and tools
Business proficiency in English & Italian, any other language is a plus

TUS TAREAS
Eres un excelente anfitrión, asegurándote de que tus huéspedes disfruten de una estancia segura e inolvidable.
Eres responsable de tomar pedidos, preparar y servir bebidas (cócteles, combinados, bebidas calientes), así como de ejecutar la mis-en-place y el terminado de tapas y snacks pre-cocinados.
Mantienes la barra organizada, abastecida y limpia.
Recibirás y almacenarás correctamente las mercancías que lleguen durante tu turno y gestionarás el stock.

Darás soporte al resto del equipo de F&B ocasionalmente durante los desayunos/comida/cena).

TU PERFIL
Eres un anfitrión acogedor que conecta a la gente.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el sector hostelero.

VOS MISSIONS
Vous vous assurerez du bon accueil de nos clients et de leur satisfaction
Vous serez en charge des Check-in/Check-out en créant une expérience inoubliable pour nos clients tout en optimisant l’occupation de l’hôtel
Vous répondrez aux demandes physiques et aux appels de nos clients pour les renseigner sur les attractions, activités ou autres demandes

DEINE AUFGABEN
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Hotel Manager zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf zu gewährleisten
Du stellst die Implementierung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der MEININGER Qualitätsstandards sicher unter Berücksichtigung vorgegebener Richtlinien

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare month/quarterly and year end closings and balance sheet reconciliations
· Accruals calculation (personnel, reinstatement obligation and other accruals)
· Responsibility with special accounting topics according to IFRS (IFRS 16) and local GAAP
· Manage fixed assets module including additions disposals and depreciation for approximately 50 group entities
· Preparing the financial statements for Meininger entities
· Compile project costs for construction, furniture, and service equipment for ongoing projects and adding to the fixed asset software upon completion
· Preparing fixed asset register
· Reconcile the balance in the accounting general ledger to the fixed asset reports
· Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets
· Review amounts capitalized or expensed as fixed assets adhering to the company capitalization policy
· Intercompany Reconciliation
· General ledger and subledger reconciliation
YOUR PROFILE
· Educational degree in Finance
· Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an international Finance environment
· Working experience in Shared Service companies and General Ledger Accounting is a plus
· IFRS experience, local GAAP knowledge is a plus
· Good knowledge of Planning tools & Budget process (LucaNet, Fairmas is a plus)
· Knowledge of ERP systems (D365)
· Excellent skills in Excel, knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is advantageous
· Analytical thinking, energetic and pragmatic attitude
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
· Business proficiency in English, other foreign languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) would be advantageous
