Was erwartet dich?
Du bekommst eine praxisorientierte Ausbildung im MEININGER Hotel Köln West und besuchst regelmäßig die Berufsschule.
Während der 3-jährigen Ausbildung, lernst und entdeckst du Alles – vom Frühstücksservice bis hin zur Arbeit an der Rezeption.
Nach der Ausbildung hast du die Möglichkeit, bei uns zu bleiben!

LES MISSIONS
Vous vous assurerez du bon accueil de nos clients et de leur satisfaction

Eres un excelente anfitrión, asegurándote de que tus huéspedes disfruten de una estancia segura e inolvidable.
Preparación de platos sencillos fríos y caliente (tablas de quesos y embutidos, ensaladas, bollería, etc.) y bebidas. Durante los turnos de Desayuno/Comida/Cena.
Asesoramiento a los clientes sobre la composición e ingredientes de los productos.
Serás responsable de montar y retirar el buffet de desayuno/comida/cena, asegurándote de que todos los productos estén correctamente etiquetados.
Garantizarás la disponibilidad constante de una cantidad suficiente y una selección variada de alimentos y bebidas con una presentación atractiva para los clientes.
Prepararás picnics de almuerzo según el número de pedidos.

Velarás por servir la cantidad adecuada de comida (precocinada) para las comidas y cenas de grupo.

Das soporte al Bar cuando sea necesario, ayudando en la mis-en-place de snacks precocinados y en la preparación de bebidas frías y calientes.
Además de para nuestros huéspedes, también eres el primer punto de contacto para todos los demás visitantes, como proveedores y técnicos externos.
Respondes a las preguntas y consultas de nuestros huéspedes y sabes cómo dirigirlos a los principales lugares de interés, atracciones locales y actividades.
Te encargas de las tareas operativas y administrativas, como la facturación, cierre de cajas, la respuesta a correos electrónicos y solicitudes online, la venta adicional, la respuesta a reseñas en línea y entre otras.

Eres un excelente anfitrión, asegurándote de que tus huéspedes disfruten de una estancia segura e inolvidable.
Te encargas del bienestar de nuestros huéspedes desde el check-in hasta el check-out.
Das soporte al Bar cuando sea necesario, ayudando en la mis-en-place de snacks precocinados y en la preparación de bebidas frías y calientes.
Además de para nuestros huéspedes, también eres el primer punto de contacto para todos los demás visitantes, como proveedores y técnicos externos.
Respondes a las preguntas y consultas de nuestros huéspedes y sabes cómo dirigirlos a los principales lugares de interés, atracciones locales y actividades.
Te encargas de las tareas operativas y administrativas, como la facturación, cierre de cajas, la respuesta a correos electrónicos y solicitudes online, la venta adicional, la respuesta a reseñas en línea y entre otras.
Disfrutas de un ambiente de trabajo diverso e internacional e inclusivo.
Eres flexible y estás acostumbrado a trabajar por turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde, puntualmente de noche), de lunes a domingo incluyendo festivos, con los descansos semanales estipulados por convenio.

TU PERFIL
Tienes experiencia inicial (mín. 1 año) en recepción y te apasiona.
Tienes una personalidad extrovertida y disfrutas trabajando en un entorno dinámico realizando diversas tareas.
Eres una persona sociable, te gusta ayudar a los demás y crear experiencias inolvidables para los huéspedes.
Disfrutas del trabajo en quipo y estás dispuesto a ayudar a tus compañeros y afrontar retos juntos.
Eres ágil trabajando con PMS’s (p. ej., SIHOT, ASSD, Fidelio).
Hablas español e inglés de manera fluida. Otros idiomas serán valorables.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare month/quarterly and year end closings and balance sheet reconciliations
· Accruals calculation (personnel, reinstatement obligation and other accruals)
· Responsibility with special accounting topics according to IFRS (IFRS 16) and local GAAP
· Manage fixed assets module including additions disposals and depreciation for approximately 50 group entities
· Preparing the financial statements for Meininger entities
· Compile project costs for construction, furniture, and service equipment for ongoing projects and adding to the fixed asset software upon completion
· Preparing fixed asset register
· Reconcile the balance in the accounting general ledger to the fixed asset reports
· Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets
· Review amounts capitalized or expensed as fixed assets adhering to the company capitalization policy
· Intercompany Reconciliation
· General ledger and subledger reconciliation
YOUR PROFILE
· Educational degree in Finance
· Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an international Finance environment
· Working experience in Shared Service companies and General Ledger Accounting is a plus
· IFRS experience, local GAAP knowledge is a plus
· Good knowledge of Planning tools & Budget process (LucaNet, Fairmas is a plus)
· Knowledge of ERP systems (D365)
· Excellent skills in Excel, knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is advantageous
· Analytical thinking, energetic and pragmatic attitude
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
· Business proficiency in English, other foreign languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) would be advantageous

- Buchhalterische Betreuung für Meininger Hotels der D A Regionen
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
- Vorbereitung/Erstellung von Monats-/Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
- Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher aller Gesellschaften innerhalb der Meininger Gruppe
- Anlage-, Pflege – und Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
- Erstellung von Rückstellungsspiegeln
- Intercompany Abstimmung
- Ansprechpartner für lokale Buchhaltungsagenturen, Steuerberatergesellschaften sowie Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Dokumentation von Prozessen
- Unterstützung beim Konzernabschluss der Meininger Gruppe
DEIN PROFIL
- Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter/-in oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungs- oder Prüfungswesen wäre von Vorteil
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
- Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics)
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen

Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expériences multiples en restauration : dans un hôtel, restaurant, bar. Et une première expérience en gestion d’équipe

Vous avez un sens aigu du détail, repérez les opportunités d'amélioration et mettez en place des actions concrètes

Key Responsibilities
System Configuration, Testing & Operation
· Support the project team in configuring the Coupa invoicing module
· Assist in training OCR software to accurately capture invoice data
· Ensure the system complies with Accounts Payable standards and processes
Invoice Processing & Controls
· Perform invoice verification in line with applicable tax (VAT) regulations
· Ensure accurate account assignment according to USALI standards
· Post vendor invoices and manage account reconciliations
· Maintain vendor master data (creation and updates)
· Monitor and manage open items and ensure timely resolution
Reconciliation & Accuracy
· Conduct general ledger and subledger reconciliations
· Perform regular checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of data
· Validate system integration between invoicing tools and accounting ledgers
Continuous Improvement & Support
· Identify, monitor, and help resolve system issues with the project team
· Support testing and validation of system fixes
· Assist in creating documentation and training materials
· Drive process improvements across Accounts Payable operations
Your Profile
· 1–2 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role within a European environment
· Experience with Coupa and/or Cisbox is ideal but hands-on experience with purchase orders and invoice processing systems (ideally as a key user or SME) is required.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and VAT rules (corporate finance knowledge is a plus)
· Proficiency in ERP or financial ledger systems (ideally MS Dynamics)
· Familiarity with evolving systems and process improvements

Du schaffst eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre und garantierst einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt für unsere Gäste
Du bist von A bis Z der Ansprechpartner unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts und verantwortlich für den Check-In, Check-Out sowie die Belegungsoptimierung
Du beantwortest telefonische und persönliche Gästeanfragen und gibst Auskunft über lokale Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und zusätzliche Serviceleistungen
Du arbeitest in einem Team und bist bereit gelegentlich im Bereich F&B auszuhelfen (Frühstück, Abendessen, Bar)

VOTRE MISSION
Vous êtes responsable de la mise en place et du rangement du buffet. Tout au long du service, vous vous assurez que ce dernier soit propre, réapprovisionné et varié.
Vous préparez des plats simples tels que des plateaux de fromages, de charcuteries, salades et des boissons.

YOUR TASKS
You work in collaboration with the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operations (including the Service & Bar departments)
You make sure that all internal and external standards and processes are in place and you are in contact with all F&B suppliers for an optimal commercial relationship
You are responsible for the control of the supply of goods, stock control and costs as well as monthly reports (inventories and P&L analysis)
You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations (HACCP, safety, etc.)
You manage the F&B team, recruit together with Hotel Manager, guide and develop the diverse team of around 10 people (Supervisor, employees and Barman)
You train, coach and mentor your team with an individual approach, aiming for everyone to perform to their full potential
You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
Finally, you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments now and then
YOUR PROFILE
You have min. 2 years of F&B experience in a hotel/hostel and/or in the HoReCA sector, including experience in a management position.
You act as a role model and enjoy working shifts and together with your team.
You have experience in conducting F&B training and coaching.
You have a keen eye for details, recognize opportunities for improvement and implement them
You are confident in dealing with numbers, cash register systems and cash register closings (knowledge of Addipos or Sihot is an advantage)
You are solution-oriented, show strong commitment and an entrepreneurial mindset
You are convinced of and know the advantages of working in a diverse, multicultural environment. With your open communication, you contribute to the team spirit and support your team in achieving common goals.

Du koordinierst An- und Abreisen, unterstützt bei der Zimmervergabe und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang bei.
Du stehst unseren Gästen persönlich, telefonisch und digital als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und hilfst bei Fragen rund um ihren Aufenthalt.
Du gibst Empfehlungen zu lokalen Highlights, Freizeitmöglichkeiten und unseren zusätzlichen Serviceangeboten.
Du übernimmst verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten, darunter Abrechnungen, Qualitätskontrollen sowie die Pflege relevanter Systemdaten.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a solid hospitality background with professional experience in Front Office, F&B, or hotel operations
You have at least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar operational leadership role

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Educational degree or relevant qualifications in Accounting
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures: HGB and IFRS
Excellent knowledge in Excel, MS Dynamics 365 is required
Excellent communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages would be advantageous

YOUR TASKS
You ensure that our guests feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the night.
You oversee the entire guest journey, from late arrivals to early departures.
You perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
You assist guests with questions, recommendations, and information about the hotel, the city, and available services.
You handle a variety of administrative duties, including invoicing, reporting, quality checks, and other front office processes.
You carry out regular inspections of the hotel during your shift to ensure safety and smooth operations.
You support other operational areas when required, including breakfast, bar, and light F&B tasks.
You enjoy working in an international environment and are flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
YOUR PROFILE
You have previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing environment.
You enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences for guests.
You thrive in a dynamic setting and like taking ownership of different responsibilities.
You have a proactive and service-oriented mindset and enjoy helping both guests and colleagues.
You work well within a team and remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
You are familiar with hotel management or front office systems such as ASSD, Fidelio, or SIHOT.
You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.

Fair compensation package + 25% night surcharge
Working 4 days per week (32 hours)
