Rome, the Eternal City, has inspired countless directors over the years. Here Anita Ekbert enjoyed “La Dolce Vita” and Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck rode vespas through the city in “Roman Holiday”. Julia Roberts visited modern Rome in “Eat Pray Love” and Daniel Craig aka “James Bond” pursued shady characters in “Spectre”. At MEININGER city break travellers are in exactly the right place to find traces of Hollywood because the interior design is totally devoted to cinema. Here cinema lovers can immerse themselves in the sparkling world of the stars and look behind the scenes of the film world.
