DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Hotel Manager zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf zu gewährleisten

• Du bist der Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Lieferanten und hast ein Auge auf die Lagerbestände und die Kosten, zudem bist Du zuständig für monatliche Berichterstattung

• Du stellst die Implementierung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der MEININGER Qualitätsstandards sicher unter Berücksichtigung vorgegebener Richtlinien

• Du übernimmst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hotel Manager die Führung des Teams sowie das Rekrutieren und Weiterentwickeln deiner Teammitglieder

DEIN PROFIL

• Du besitzt eine fundierte Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung im HORECA Bereich und ggf. inklusive erster Erfahrungen in einer Führungsposition

• Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Reservierung und Rooms division 

• Du hast Freude daran ein junges, vielfältiges, motiviertes Team zu leiten und bist eine inspirierende Persönlichkeit

• Du hast ein genaues Auge für Details und bist immer auf der Suche nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

• Assist with supplier onboarding and communication, fostering positive relationships with partners
