Time: 6 months / short-term
For: local students (hospitality or tourism)
What: learn by doing in a real hotel setting & get hands-on experience in daily operations.

For external applicants: You need a bachelor’s in hospitality or a completed vocational training in hotel or tourism management, plus at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or tourism (HoReCa), and flexibility to relocate.
For internals (M-Explorers): You need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 1-2 years of MEININGER experience, positive performance reviews, and flexibility to relocate.
