MEININGER Hotels would like to draw your attention to the fact that a fake business WhatsApp account is currently in circulation from which people are being contacted by message. This account has no connection to the MEININGER Group, its hotels, employees or representatives.

Recently, there have been fraudulent attacks asking to send money, for example in the form of gift cards, to the "General Manager of Meininger Hotel". A WhatsApp account under this name is a fake and has no connection with the Meininger Group, its hotels or employees or representatives. We have filed a police complaint and ask all those affected by such fraud attempts to do the same.
The MEININGER Group is currently working closely with WhatsApp to deactivate the fake account. Developments in this case will continue to be monitored. If necessary, you will be kept up to date.
